RADICAL CHANGES
Since the new year started I've been making some radical changes! I decided to try something completely different. I've been seeing my usual doctor about some hair loss problems I'm having and I'm tired of walking away with prescriptions. So, I scheduled my first appointment with a natural doctor for this weekend! I've been reading more about natural doctors and the more I read about their approach, the more it make sense to me. I was reading about what a naturopathic approach would be and the doctor would try to address the cause of hair loss. The article was explaining that they don't just look at the superficial aspects or symptoms of whatever condition you have. With my other doctor and his prescriptions, I always walked away feeling upset that I had to put something toxic in my body. When you really think about it it's nonsensical. If I'm trying to heal my body and heal a condition, how will putting something toxic in my system truly help? It might appear that it's working but at what cost to other areas of my health? I always worried about that. These are all very real questions and concerns I've been having for years now. Your liver still has to filter those toxins, you know? I always felt like there was something else that could be done. I think since learning about natural medicine I've discovered it!
