PEOPLE WATCHING
So far, I'm making really good progress on my goals! My new year's resolution was to have enough money saved up for the Lasik cost by April and the other goal was to have at least five hundred dollars set aside this year for a trip somewhere. I was reading through a few financial books and I've been trying to incorporate a lot of the tips. So far, it's working out really well. It's amazing how much money I've been able to save by cutting out my trips to the coffee shop. What I do now is bring along a friend who wants to buy something. That way I don't have to order anything, but I can still do my creative work there and people watch! Speaking of people watching, I'll be able to do a much better job of it after the Lasik surgery. Ha! At this rate I'll definitely be able to get the procedure done by the end of this month which is way sooner than I thought I'd be able to do it. I've had a lot of time to think about it and this is definitely something I want to spend my money on. Now all I have to do is start saving up for a trip!
