CUMBERSOME GLASSES
I am going to talk to a surgeon about getting 20/20 vision in both my eyes. I know I will have to prepare really well for the eye surgery, but I think I am up to the challenge. I am a bit afraid, though, since there are the only eyes I have. I am going to ask if I can possibly have one eye done to see how it goes, then have the other one done. If something happened to the first one, at least I would still have the other one. I would like to learn how sight correction surgery will help my vision to be more stable and wonder if it will improve it to the point where it will not change for years and years to come. I know that as I get older my eyes are bound to get older right along with me. Maybe at some point I will have to put a pair of eyeglasses back on, but hopefully they won’t be as cumbersome and as thick as mine are now. I must also see if I am a good candidate for having this surgery. I do have some pretty bad vision right now.
